Promo cards are not exist, or disabled for this storefront.
Open «Store» - «Products» tab - in left sidebar open menu item «Promos».
Add (or enable) promo cards.
In this mode, the desired width of the image for promo card is about 1000 px wide.
Height is 360 px.
